Our delivery charges include handling, packaging and the postage and delivery cost of your order. All orders are dispatched from our shop and offices in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Jewellery is well packed in padded envelopes or boxed with added packaging protection.
During checkout we ask for your delivery address so you can see the delivery options available to you. If your billing address is important (the address associated with your payment method), please enter this on the payment stage (if your billing address is the same there is no need to enter a billing address). This way you can choose to send your delivery to a place of work or as a gift to family and friends.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been dispatched. We do not enclose order receipts with dispatched orders, only packing lists. Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. If you do require an invoice you can request one by emailing [email protected] using the same email you used to make your purchase.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12:00 midday are dispatched same day. Orders received after 12:00 midday will be dispatched the following working day. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK holidays.

If you are in the neighbourhood, you can place your order online and collect your order from our shop in Kings Heath, Birmingham. Select the collection option as a delivery method. This service is free. When your order has been processed and is ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a time and date.
Royal Mail 1st Class & Handling

Delivered by Royal Mail using their First class standard delivery service. Your order will normally arrive within 3-5 days of placing and paying for your order online.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded & Handling
£75 or more
Delivered by Royal Mail using their Recorded 1st class delivery service. Your order will normally arrive within 3-5 days of placing and paying for your order online. A signature is required on delivery, if no one is available to sign, an information card will be left which will give you the option to either collect it from a designated depot or arrange to have it redelivered within 48 hours.
While this is not a fully tracked service, you can track the order once delivery or a delivery attempt has been made. Use the tracking number we provide once your order has been dispatched at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivery Monday-Friday only)
Should you require your order urgently, we offer to dispatch your order by Special Delivery. Your order will be prioritized. Delivery is within one working day from dispatch Monday to Friday (this service does not include Saturdays). A signature is required on delivery, if no one is available to sign, an information card will be left which will give you the option to either collect it from a designated depot or arrange to have it redelivered within 48 hours.
For urgent deliveries we can ship via DHL express for next day delivery. Your order will be prioritized. Delivery is within one working day from dispatch Monday to Friday (this service does not include Saturdays). A signature is required on delivery. For this service, we also provide DHL with your email and telephone number so you can be contacted should there be any problems with delivery. You may receive automated DHL emails about the progress of your delivery. A tracking number will also be provided.
International Orders and Delivery
We ship by DHL Express. Shipping charges vary by continent and country and we offer 3 levels of charges pending on order size. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We will provide DHL with your email and telephone number so you can be contacted and kept informed on the progress of your order delivery.
Important: We have no control over import customs and duty charges and these are the responsibility of the receiver. Once a delivery arrives in the destination country, you may be contacted for payment of duties and taxes. It is also the responsibility of the customer to check there are no restrictions on importing items.
