Shipping and Delivery
The Jewellery Stop delivers globally. For the UK, we offer 1st Class delivery, Recorded Signed for Delivery and Special Delivery. 1st Class delivery is free for orders of £50 or more, and recorded delivery is free for orders of £75 or more. For recorded or Special Delivery, please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. International delivery orders are sent via International signed for service. In short, No. The Jewellery Stop Shop (located in Kings Heath) sells the same collections as us, and we recommend them if you would prefer to buy the jewellery in person. The pricing of products available on this site is not related to the pricing found in the shop and our promotions differ greatly. We work closely with the shop team to maintain the costume jewellery range sold and the Jewellery Stop image. We do occasionally work with the Jewellery Stop through retail events.
