Shipping and Delivery
The Jewellery Stop delivers globally. For the UK, we offer 1st Class delivery, Recorded Signed for Delivery and Special Delivery. 1st Class delivery is free for orders of £50 or more, and recorded delivery is free for orders of £75 or more. For recorded or Special Delivery, please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. International delivery orders are sent via International signed for service. Almost! The Jewellery Stop (Online) Limited runs and manages this website as well as the shop located at 44 Poplar Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7AD, United Kingdom.
Our team also assists and works closely with Victoria McGowan-Smyth, the designer of the Watch This Space jewellery range, and Victoria sells the same products at retail shows across the country, trading as "The Jewellery Stop". Without Victoria we would not be here! The retail shows and sales are managed and run by Victoria McGowan-Smyth, not by The Jewellery Stop (Online) Limited.

Viewing current order progress and past order history
Customers who have an account on this website can view the order status once logged onto our website in the account area. Order history can also be found. Please note that orders placed prior to December 24th 2019 have been reset. We have made huge improvements to our website and applied a lot of upgrades but sadly we have had to let go of the order history. If you have any questions about previous orders, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and let us know the information you require.
