Terms and Conditions for Jewellery Stamp Loyalty Points

  • Jewellery Stamps can only be earned and spent through use of this website ( by a registered user. Orders placed by telephone, email or paid off-line, or orders placed by Guests who choose not to create an account on our site will not accrue any points.
  • By creating an account on this website, you will also earn 1 point. Points are non-transferable. If you have lost access to your e-mail account and need a new account, please contact us with proof of previous purchases and your full account details so that we can update your existing account accordingly.
  • Jewellery Stamps can be earned by purchasing any product (including sale items or featured products) on our website but cannot be earned from Shipping charges.
  • Jewellery Stamps can be redeemed against the price of products only (including all sales items and featured products) but cannot be redeemed against shipping charges.
  • Jewellery Stamps are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual who they were issued to, the registered account holder.
  • Jewellery Stamps can be used (earned or redeemed) in conjunction with any other offer on The Jewellery Stop Online Website unless otherwise specified by another promotion's terms and conditions.
  • In the event of any order cancellation (due to non-payment or other reasons), The Jewellery Stop reserves the right to deduct up to the same amount of Jewellery Stamps earned on the cancelled order from any remaining balance of Jewellery Stamps on your account.
  • In cases where an item has been returned to us that had been redeemed or paid for using Jewellery Stamps, you will be refunded the same amount of points and the payment transaction you made to pay the balance of that item (shipping charges may not be refundable, check our Terms and Conditions). If you purchased more than one product and used points in part payment, and subsequently return one of the items for a refund, we will assume an equal amount of points was used per product, or round down the points if the points are not dividable equally to the products you purchased, and you will be refunded the extra equivalent.
  • Under no circumstances are Jewellery Stamps redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Jewellery Stamp discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
  • The Jewellery Stop reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or terminate the Jewellery Stamp Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
