If you purchase from us, all website card transaction details are processed by Opayo and are not held by us. If you use card payment, only the last 4 digits of your card may be identifiable on your order or invoice copy from our website. Gift Cards may be purchased for a friend on our site. For us to deliver the gift card, we will require different information depending on whether the gift card is physical to be posted to the receiver, or virtual and emailed to the receiver. We Require the receivers full name. If the gift card is to be posted, we will require the full address and telephone number of the receiver in case there are delivery problems, but you may put your own phone number if you prefer. If the gift card is virtual, we will require the receivers email so the card can be sent. We may also collect information on how this service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This enables DHL to send you delivery updates or contact you should there be any delivery or clearance issues. To simplify our policies, our cookie policy has been merged into our privacy policy. Whilst no privacy changes have been made, further detail has been added about Cookies and how to control them. A lot of our cookie policy was already present and simply repeated in privacy policy versions 1.4 and our previously separate Cookie Policy.

Version 1.4 - 2nd December 2020

We updated our privacy policy to cover new areas of our website and improvements including: Gift Cards which can be purchased for a friend or 3rd party, Google reviews (a pop up optional opt in after confirming an order) and apple log in coverage.

Version 1.3 - 3rd October 2020

We updated the information about us with our VAT number as we are VAT registered as of 1st October 2020, and we clarified the version changes section of our privacy policy.

Version 1.2 - 26th September 2020

Our site launched January 2020 with privacy policy version 1.1. For version 1.2, we made changes to cover: SagePay's aquisition and rebranding to Opayo, and new website log in features for logging in with Facebook, Twitter or Google. We also added a section for deletion of inactive customer accounts (account auto deletion if no activity within 2 years).
