After 16 wonderful years, we’re proud to say that The Jewellery Stop (Online) Ltd is still going strong! From day one, our journey has been about creativity, resilience, and adapting to life’s twists and turns. As with all great stories, change is part of the magic—and we’re embracing our next chapter with open arms, feeling fully inspired!
Over the years, our online presence has flourished, connecting us with amazing customers across the UK and beyond. While our little shop has been a special part of our story, we’ve noticed that more and more of you prefer shopping from the comfort of home (and we totally get it—so do we!). With that in mind, we’ve made the difficult and heartfelt decision to close our bricks and mortar shop in Kings Heath and transform the space into a hub for our growing online business. The shop will close on Friday 2nd May 2025.
But don’t worry—we’re not going far! Our click & collect service will still be available for our lovely local customers, and we’re excited to now have even more time and focus to dedicate to curating fresh collections, sharing creative content, and making your online shopping experience even better. We will continue to dress our shop windows with inspiration from our ranges of colourful costume jewellery, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, bags and scarves - so if you're passing by Poplar Road office you can still keep up to date with what's new!
This change wasn’t made lightly. We’ve considered this decision collectively as a team, and we’re all feeling incredibly positive and energised about what lies ahead.
