By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you place an order, the version of these terms available at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
2. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or applicable law.
Changes will apply from the date the revised terms are published and will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted by us.
Last updated: 25 July 2026.
3. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not use it:
- In any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
- Fraudulently or in connection with unlawful activity
- To introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or customer information
- To copy, scrape or systematically extract website content for commercial use without our written permission
- To impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information
- To interfere with the normal operation or security of the website
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers, systems or legal rights.
4. Accounts and Customer Information
You may be able to create a customer account, but an account is not always required to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for providing accurate, current information. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Information about how we collect and use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product titles, descriptions, measurements, materials, photographs and availability are accurate.
Many of our products contain natural, individually made or hand-finished components. Small differences in colour, pattern, texture, shape, finish or dimensions may therefore occur. These variations are part of the character of the products and are not necessarily faults.
Product colours may also appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and display technology. We cannot guarantee that every displayed colour will exactly match the product in person.
Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product packaging may occasionally differ from that shown where a supplier updates its packaging, provided that the product itself remains as described.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
Although we update stock information regularly, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you and either:
- Offer a suitable alternative, which you are free to decline
- Remove the unavailable item and refund the amount paid for it
- Cancel and refund the affected order where fulfilment is not possible
Any refund due will be made to the original payment method.
7. Prices, Taxes and Delivery Charges
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and may include applicable taxes where indicated.
Delivery charges, duties, taxes and any other applicable checkout charges will be displayed before you submit your order, where they can be calculated by us.
Our delivery charges cover the delivery service together with the packaging and handling required to prepare and dispatch the order. They are not intended to represent only the amount charged by the delivery provider.
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges unless these are collected from you at checkout. Further information is provided in our Delivery Policy.
8. Pricing and Website Errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and prices accurate. Occasionally, a typographical, technical or system error may occur.
If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting or dispatching your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You may choose to proceed using the correct information or cancel the affected item or order.
If we cannot contact you, or if fulfilment would be unreasonable because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a full refund for any amount paid.
Nothing in this section allows us to alter the price of an order after it has been accepted and dispatched.
9. Placing an Order
To place an order, add the products you wish to buy to your basket and complete the checkout process. Please review your basket, delivery information and payment details carefully before submitting the order.
When you submit your order, you are offering to purchase the goods shown in your order subject to these Terms & Conditions.
You will normally receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Our acceptance of your order and the contract between us will normally take place when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
Separate products dispatched at different times may form separate contracts when each part is dispatched.
10. When We May Refuse or Cancel an Order
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment has not been authorised
- The delivery address or order information appears incomplete or inaccurate
- There is an obvious pricing or product-description error
- We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment or unlawful activity
- Purchase limits or promotional conditions have been breached
- We cannot deliver to the requested destination
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.
11. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.
We do not receive or store your complete card details when payment is processed by an external payment provider.
12. Delivery
Available delivery options, current charges, dispatch arrangements and estimated delivery times are set out in our Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree that delivery by a particular date is essential. We are responsible for delivering the goods to the address supplied with the order.
Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct. If an order cannot be delivered because the address supplied was inaccurate or incomplete, additional delivery costs may apply before it can be sent again.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any legal rights you may have if goods are not delivered within the agreed or legally required period.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.
13. International Orders
We offer international delivery to selected destinations. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can lawfully be imported into and used in the destination country.
Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout, this will be shown before payment. Where they cannot be collected by us, the courier or local customs authority may require payment before delivery.
Customs checks and local procedures may cause delays outside our direct control.
14. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an eligible online purchase, return unwanted items and obtain remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
The Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
15. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available in selected values and may be redeemed through our website in accordance with the conditions shown on the relevant product page.
Unless otherwise stated when purchased:
- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase
- They cannot be exchanged for cash
- No cash change will be provided
- Any remaining balance may be used towards a later eligible order before expiry
- The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct recipient details
Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. Please contact us promptly if a voucher email has not arrived or if you believe a voucher code has been accessed without permission. Replacement remains subject to our ability to verify the purchase and unused balance.
16. Promotions and Discount Codes
We may occasionally offer promotional prices, discount codes or other special offers. Any specific conditions will be stated when the promotion is issued.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Only one discount code may be used per order
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Codes must be entered before checkout is completed
- Offers may exclude selected products, brands, gift vouchers or delivery charges
- Promotions are subject to availability and any stated closing date
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error, misuse or technical problem, but this will not affect an order already accepted under valid promotional terms.
17. Reviews, Comments and Other Content
You may be invited to submit product reviews, comments, photographs or other content.
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it to us, you give The Jewellery Stop (Online) Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, moderate and display that content in connection with our website, products and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.
You confirm that content you submit:
- Is accurate and reflects your genuine experience where presented as a review
- Does not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights
- Is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, abusive or obscene
- Does not contain malicious code, spam or unauthorised advertising
- Does not disclose another person’s private information without permission
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we will not suppress genuine negative feedback merely because it is critical.
18. Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, layouts, logos, product presentations, software and other materials—are owned by or licensed to The Jewellery Stop (Online) Limited and are protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view, download or print limited portions of the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not, without prior written permission:
- Copy or reproduce substantial website content for commercial purposes
- Modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from our content
- Remove copyright, trade mark or ownership notices
- Use product photographs, descriptions or branding to market goods elsewhere
- Use automated tools to extract or reproduce substantial website data
References to third-party brands, products and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Links to and From Other Websites
Our website may contain links to independent third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience or information. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
You may link fairly and legally to publicly accessible pages on our website, provided that you do not:
- Suggest an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist
- Damage or take unfair advantage of our reputation
- Frame our website within another site
- Use our content in a misleading or unlawful context
We may withdraw linking permission where reasonably necessary.
20. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend or alter parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable care to protect the website, but you are responsible for using suitable security software and protecting your own device and connection.
21. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of your statutory consumer rights
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
We supply products for private and domestic use. If you use products for commercial, resale or business purposes, we will not be responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill, except where the law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section affects the remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, failure of telecommunications networks, customs delays, natural disasters or government action.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, keep you informed where appropriate and fulfil or refund the order in accordance with your legal rights.
23. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and contracts made through this website are governed by English law.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law of your place of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
We hope that any concern can be resolved directly and fairly. Please contact us first so that we can try to help.
