Shipping Information:
We offer UK and international shipping options. On this page you will find information for all shipping options and destinations.
General Order Dispatch Times and Information:
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Where we are able to, we often dispatch orders received by 10am on the same working day. Please note our office and shop operation working days and hours are:
Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Weekends & Bank Holidays: Closed
Our charges cover carriage as well as our packaging and handling and are not meant to indicate the service price of the shipping service used.
Day estimates for delivery are based on standard working days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included.

Royal Mail 1st Class is unavailable for orders over £70.
Royal Mail Tracked 48® is unavailable for orders over £100.
Note Royal Mail Tracked and Special Delivery services may require a signature on arrival.
International Shipping:
We use DHL for international shipments. We will provide DHL with your address, email and telephone number so they can contact you concerning your shipment when it is ready for delivery. We will also send you the tracking number.
Duties and Taxes: We charge duties and taxes and pay these for select destinations in Europe and the US. These are clearly indicated at checkout if available, and this reduces the requirement for payment to customs prior to delivery once the order has arrived in the destination country. For some countries we cannot offer this service. In these cases, DHL will contact customers with the amount payable, and we will only charge the shipping fee at checkout.
While we offer free international shipping for certain order thresholds, duties and taxes are always payable.
