Delivery Information

We offer fast UK delivery with a choice of Royal Mail and courier services, together with tracked international delivery to supported destinations worldwide. Whether you're treating yourself or sending a thoughtful gift, you'll find information about our delivery options below.

Order Dispatch Times:

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Wherever possible, orders received before 10am from Monday to Thursday are dispatched on the same working day.

Please note that our office and shop working days and hours are:

Monday–Thursday: 9am–5pm
Fridays, Weekends & Bank Holidays: Closed

Our delivery charges cover carriage together with the packaging and handling required to prepare and dispatch your order. They are not intended to represent only the price charged by the delivery provider.

Where a carrier-linked delivery service is offered at checkout, the amount charged may therefore differ from the underlying cost of the shipping label.

Delivery estimates are based on standard working days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included unless specifically stated by the delivery service.

Tracking information is provided for Royal Mail tracked services, Special Delivery, DPD and international courier shipments. Royal Mail 1st Class is an untracked postal service.

UK Delivery Options & Prices:

Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Tracked 48® are unavailable for orders of £70 and over.

Royal Mail Tracked and Special Delivery services may require a signature on arrival.

DPD: DPD delivery may also be offered for eligible UK orders. Where available, the current service, delivery estimate and charge will be displayed at checkout.

The Isle of Man is currently covered by our UK delivery structure and qualifying free-delivery thresholds.

Jersey & Guernsey Delivery:

We offer tracked delivery to Jersey and Guernsey. A tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched. Free shipping is available on orders of £100 or above.

GST, if applicable, may be payable once your order arrives.

International Delivery:

We offer tracked international delivery to supported destinations worldwide using trusted courier services including DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus® where available.

The delivery options available for your order, together with prices and estimated delivery times, are shown automatically at checkout according to your destination and order.

International courier rates are carrier-linked, but the delivery charge paid at checkout may also include packaging and handling costs. The amount charged for delivery therefore may not correspond exactly to the underlying courier shipping-label cost.

We provide the courier with the delivery address, email address and telephone number supplied with your order so that they can contact you about your shipment where required.

Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Global-e & International Orders:

For certain international orders, Global-e or the applicable Global-e affiliated company acts as merchant of record, in its own name and on behalf of The Jewellery Stop (Online) Limited.

Global-e facilitates elements of the international transaction which may include payment processing, applicable taxes and import charges, customs and import arrangements and other services necessary to complete the cross-border purchase.

The Jewellery Stop continues to provide the products, prepare and dispatch your order and provide customer service relating to the products, delivery and returns, subject to the applicable terms of the transaction.

Applicable international orders are also subject to the current Global-e Terms of Sale. Global-e's current Terms of Sale and Consumer Privacy Policy are available through the view-basket drawer, basket page and during checkout.

International Prices, Import Duties & Taxes:

International prices are calculated for your destination and may include or otherwise account for applicable import duties and import taxes.

Import duties and import taxes are charges associated with bringing goods into the destination country. Where these charges are included, collected or otherwise accounted for as part of your purchase, they are incorporated into the international pricing or transaction so that you should not normally be asked to pay those import charges separately when your parcel is delivered.

Local, state, provincial or regional taxes are different from import duties and import taxes. These are domestic taxes that may apply according to your delivery address and the laws of the destination. Where applicable, they may be calculated separately and added at checkout.

For example, an order delivered to the United States may have applicable import duties accounted for in the international product price, while US state or local sales tax may be calculated separately according to the delivery address and shown as a separate amount at checkout.

The final product prices, delivery charges and any additional taxes or charges payable will be shown before you complete your order.

Where applicable import duties and import taxes are included, collected or otherwise accounted for as part of your purchase, you should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties or import taxes when your parcel is delivered.

International customers can shop in their local currency where supported, and available local payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Product availability may vary by destination because certain goods can be subject to local import restrictions or requirements.

International Free Delivery:

Selected international destinations qualify for free tracked delivery when the relevant order threshold is reached. Free delivery applies only to the qualifying delivery option or options shown at checkout. The qualifying services vary by destination and are shown below.

Other delivery options may remain available at their normal calculated charge after a free-delivery threshold has been reached.

Additional destinations may qualify for free international delivery in future. Where applicable, the current qualifying threshold and free delivery option will be shown on the website and at checkout.
